Role Overview:
As a Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for preparing annual marketing roadmaps, managing social media and LinkedIn strategies, supporting lead generation, creating content, and overseeing key marketing initiatives. You’ll contribute to our efforts by generating leads, maintaining accurate data, and supporting various marketing initiatives for both Battery Associates and BatteryMBA.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Prepare a comprehensive marketing overview and roadmap for the year.
Develop detailed strategies and processes for ongoing projects.
Coordinate the planning, drafting, and execution of email campaigns for BatteryMBA, including content creation and release.
Social Media & LinkedIn Strategy:
Draft and schedule social media posts across platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.
Oversee and refine the LinkedIn strategy for Battery Associates, ensuring consistency with brand goals.
Run and maintain LinkedIn Ads for BatteryMBA, aiming to generate leads and build awareness.
Monitor trends on LinkedIn, producing content that aligns with industry developments.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
Drive lead generation efforts for BatteryMBA through LinkedIn, including timely follow-ups with leads.
Follow up on website queries for BatteryMBA, ensuring timely responses and nurturing potential leads.
CRM Management:
Manage and clean the HubSpot inbox (info email), ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly.
Maintain accurate data within HubSpot pipelines, ensuring leads and opportunities are tracked properly.
Content Creation & Event Support:
Support content creation for brochures and one-pagers, especially for BatteryMBA marketing efforts and events.
Contribute to Battery Day marketing planning and roadmap development.
Help plan, execute, and promote events tied to BatteryDEI efforts, creating related social media outreach campaigns.
Website Editing & Maintenance:
Edit and maintain content for both Battery Associates and BatteryMBA websites to ensure they are up-to-date.
Must Have:
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly present to and engage with clients (specifically BatteryMBA candidates).
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Fluent in English.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Experience in planning and executing online events and campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, with experience maintaining pipelines and managing email inboxes.
Nice to Have:
Experience using collaborative tools (e.g., Miro board).
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Experience with interactive meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin).
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools.
Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and strategies.
